IBERAT has developed and deployed an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with the requirements of International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as a management tool, basing it on the Quality of its service and its work processes, respecting the environment and occupational health and safety, as a result of continuous improvement and search for cooperation and customer satisfaction as a strategic and priority objective. Applicable to the activities of the organization:

IBERATs management, as final responsible for this Policy, expresses its firm intention to implement and constantly update an Integrated Management System in accordance with the aforementioned standards that articulates and deploys the following commitments:
- Strengthen the principle of continuous improvement in the performance of our company, through the permanent qualification of the people and collaborators that integrate it.
- Understand constantly and at all levels of the company that our customers and employees are and must be our best guarantee.
- Commit ourselves that our operations are carried out taking into account at all times compliance with the applicable legal requirements and any other requirement acquired by the organization.
- Adopt the principle of prevention of environmental pollution through the identification, evaluation and control of all environmental aspects that derive from our activity, prioritizing the use and adoption of the most sustainable measures and materials.
- Commit ourselves to the elimination of hazards and reduction of occupational risks, as well as the deterioration of occupational health, facilitating the necessary mechanisms to guarantee the participation and consultation of people in this area within the company.
- Have the necessary equipment and material resources that allow us to provide adequate care.
- Ensure the principles of independence and integrity to ensure impartiality and in carrying out the studies, projects and derived reports.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information managed, whether owned by clients or third parties, or if this information was generated as a result of the company's work, through the commitment of its personnel and the establishment of protection measures of facilities and data.
- Spread at all levels of our structure the commitments established in this Policy.
